Hi there! My name is Elaine, and I am an Occupational Therapist with a big passion for helping others develop their skills to engage in activities and occupations that are meaningful to them. I have a particular interest in neuroaffirming practice, an exciting space that is growing and evolving. I advocate for my clients to ensure they have access to the supports they need for them to achieve their goals. I also have a keen interest in rehabilitation and upper limb conditions and find this to be a fascinating area. I am always feeling motivated to learn the nitty gritty and familiarise myself with current research to deliver evidence-based support. I prioritise building trust, rapport, and familiarity while always working with a person-centred approach. I love listening to people’s stories and gaining insight into the lives of others.
