Hi, I’m Samantha or Sam, a Senior Occupational Therapist at Holistic Therapy and Consulting.

I’ve spent the past 15 years working in the disability and community sector, starting as a volunteer and support worker before transitioning into my role as an Occupational Therapist for the last 8 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and support needs, though I’m particularly passionate about supporting children. I specialize in neuroaffirming, client-centred therapy, and I focus on building strong, trusting relationships with my clients as the foundation of our work together. I have experience with complex home modifications, and I truly enjoy collaborating with clients to identify and overcome
barriers, enabling them to engage in the activities that bring them joy and meaning. My approach is compassionate and practical, and I strive to create a space where clients feel supported and empowered to reach their goals.
