At Holistic Therapy & Consulting, our mission is to deliver inclusive, evidence-based services across Allied Health, peer mentoring, and professional consulting. We are committed to creating accessible, affirming, and respectful environments that support individuals in being true to themselves, while also building the capacity of the broader community.

Guided by a neuroaffirming, human rights-based, and person-centred approach, we believe that every person, regardless of neurotype, identity, or support need deserves to be heard, valued, and supported.

Our work extends beyond individual support to include training, supervision, and mentoring for practitioners, supports, teams and the wider community.

We strive to build a holistic environment that supports and nurtures wellbeing, autonomy, and inclusion across the networks we interact with.
